Featuring a wide variety of freshly baked bagels and hot coffee, Einstein Bros. Bagels on the Health Science Campus also offers salads, roll-ups, sandwiches, sweets and drinks, including cappuccino and espresso.

Poquito Mas

Poquito Mas offers a diverse array of traditional Mexican entrees from Tostadas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, salads and combination plates, all served with hand pressed corn and flour tortillas. All of the ingredients are prepared fresh from scratch, and the salsa bar offers 6 different types of salsa to compliment any dish. Poquito Mas proudly offers the highest quality Ahi Tuna and Shrimp as well as hand prepared marinated chicken, steak and carnitas. We also have a wide selection of vegetarian entrees like the Nature’s Grill Burritos and Tostadas. Stop on by for traditional filling meal, or try a Potito size entre for a quick bite after class.

USC is proud to offer the world’s best known coffee, prepared just the way you like it. Non-fat, no foam, half-caf vanilla late? No problem. Get your usual favorite, or let one of our certified baristas get you hooked on a new creation. We are proud to offer the full array of Starbucks pastries as well as the recently launched breakfast sandwiches and wraps. From our world famous Frappuccinos to our Spinach and Feta wrap, our classic Pike Place roast and Reduced Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake, we have everything you need for that morning “pick-me-up” or that “buckle down and study” afternoon.

HSC Grill

We are proud to offer our HSC Outdoor Grill year round. Stop by in the morning for a custom breakfast plate, eggs any style, french toast, bacon and turkey sausage, or try one of our breakfast burritos wrapped in a freshly pressed flour tortilla. We serve breakfast from 7:00am-10:00am daily.

Between 11am and 2pm, we open the Grill for lunch offering 8oz custom ground beef cheese burgers, chicken sandwiches and an amazing Brazillian skirt-steak hoagie, Turkey burgers, as well as various “Chef Specials” rotated throughout the year.
