- Layers of espresso accented chocolates and creams, presented on
a toasted hazelnut crust.
Chocolate Work Orange
- Buttery shortbread crust and layers of milk chocolate praline crunch,
orange crème Brulee, chocolate cake and chocolate mousse
inside a polka dot sponge cake. Finished with chocolate Ganache.
