Complete Meeting Package

Davidson Executive Conference Center offers the Complete Meeting Package. The package presents the most convenient and affordable approach towards successful meeting planning. From the moment a meeting planner calls, the Catering manager oversees every aspect of the event, meeting, as well as follow-up after it is completed.

For a cost of $65.00 per person, (for USC Paid groups $56 per person) for groups from five to 400, the CMP (inclusive of gratuities and California sales tax) includes:

• A comfortably-appointed Meeting Room
• Continental Breakfast is an ample display of juices, breakfast pastries, Fresh fruit and Starbucks coffee
• Continuous refreshments throughout the day
• A beautiful luncheon buffet with an ever changing menu, prepared by the Executive Chef, and
• 35 mm slide projector, LCD projector, overhead projector, flip chart with markers, and a screen are included in Complete Meeting Package
