Saturday Evening - Minimum Requirements
(Minimum of 150 guests required)

Food and Beverage
With the exception of the Wedding cake, food and beverage may not be brought
into our facilities.
We do not charge a cake-cutting fee.

(colored linens may be rented)
Steinway Baby Grand Piano
There are options to rent different chairs, china, linen and silver
A sound system with a microphone for speeches is provided (not intended

Outdoors at Town and Gown Patio or Inside the Ballroom or Foyer
$1,500 charge for the space – includes the chairs from the ballroom
(white garden chairs or Chiavari chairs may be rented)
Sound system and microphone for the ceremony $295.00

In addition to the location charge, chair and sound system charges will

Ceremony Coordination fee (includes the ceremony rehearsal and day of coordination) - $2,000.00
Deposits and Payments
$5,000.00 deposit is required to secure the location
Final payment is due five business days prior to the date of the wedding
Vendors
You are responsible for your own florist, musicians, photographer and
Wedding cake.
We do have a list of musicians from USC School of Music that can be contacted
Please notify your vendors that we contract our space twice daily, set
up time is one hour prior to the event.
Audio Visual
$275.00 for the rental of an LCD Projector and Screen for videos on a
Compact Disc
Children
Well-behaved children are always welcome in our ballroom
Prices for children are the same as the adults for the reception as well
as the dinner.
There is no charge for beverages offered with the toast and dinner.
We do not provide high chairs or booster seats.
Licensed Nanny’s can be arranged for an additional fee
Printed Menu Cards $2.50 each
Parking
Parking is $7.00 per vehicle
$140.00 Staff fee to open and staff gate for parking
Valet parking may be arranged with additional parking charge per vehicle.

We provide driving directions that can be e-mailed to your guests.
