Malibu Subs, TrojanHospitality's 35th dining venue, pays homage to southern California's surfer culture with sport-inspired sandwich names, an animated surfboard spokes-icon, and a flat-panel plasma screen showing extreme "surfer-tainment." Nutritional content of the made-to-order subs is presented in a multimedia presentation on bright and colorful digital menu boards, so customers can see exactly how healthy they're eating. The combination of spirited surf décor and the desire to eat well creates a fun atmosphere that inspires and fuels a healthy and active lifestyle. This is an enjoyable destination with an upbeat and stimulating theme.

Malibu Subs offers 14 satisfying sandwiches that are custom made with a variety of fresh ingredients to suit customers' individual needs. Customers quickly progress through a well-organized sandwich assembly line, choosing from the many surf-themed subs, such as Totally Turkey, Far Out Roasted Vegetable and the Bodacious (turkey, ham and roast beef), just to name a few. Delicious soups and salads are also available. With sandwiches priced from $3.95 to $6.35, Malibu Subs is designed to fit a limited student budget.

Malibu Subs' staff takes pride in providing its customers with a friendly environment in which to enjoy exceptional food that satisfies an array of appetites and dietary requirements. Malibu Subs will be open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm and Friday from 11am to 3pm starting Fall semester, to accommodate students' active campus lifestyles, staff and campus events.
