GRAB-N-GO SUSHI has long been popular at USC. Now, it has been elevated to a higher level of quality. With the opening of a new sushi bar in the Commons, USC becomes the first college in the country to offer this type of signature concept!

When entering Wasabi Sushi, which is in the space formerly occupied by Common Grounds, customers can watch sushi chefs work their magic by demonstrating the art of sushi preparation. Some may wish to sit at a counter while sampling the cuisine. Most order to-go.

Items are made-to-order and offered pre-made for grab-n-go. The menu varieties include everything from Caterpillar and Dragon rolls to Nigiri, salmon, yellowtail and much more. Also available are seaweed salad, edamame, sunomono and chika ika sansai.

On the beverage menu are oolong, jasmine and green teas.
