Named in homage to the year our university was founded, The 1880 Founders Room offers 2,500 square feet of mid-size space for socials and events. The 1880 Founders Room features a dedicated, exterior entrance, private restrooms and a built-in bar.

Host your cocktail party or reception in our Teaching Garden located on the hotel grounds, where our produce is grown in its natural state without the use of harmful chemicals. We are the first university in the nation to have a farming effort of this scale using vertical Tower Garden aeroponics technology, making for a unique event setting and endless conversational opportunities for your guests!

The University Club is a preferred location on campus for events of distinction. University Club membership has its privileges……access to elegant meeting space and delicious cuisine for groups of 12 – 300. We are pleased to offer five private function rooms, two semi-private function rooms, a beautiful outdoor patio and also offer total venue rental for large scale events. Our professional catering team assists event planners with all details from beginning to end and guests delight from our seasonal catering menus.
