Erik S. Russell
Erik is the Associate Director of Residential Dining for USC Hospitality, reporting to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations, Kris Klinger.
Erik previously served as the Director of Training and Development with Grill Concepts Inc., where he oversaw manager and team member training for 30 restaurants nationwide with over 2,000 employees. His is proud of his time with CPK, Cheesecake Factory and SBE in positions ranging from General Manager to Procurement Manager and everything in between. Erik enjoys travelling with his family.
Erik earned B.S. in Business Management and MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University. Erik is an active member of Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers.
