So nice, we had to do it twice. One week is never enough for great BBQ, so the Chef’s Pop-Up series is extending for a second week at HSC Plaza Marketplace. From June 2 through June 4, 2026, Chef Jepri Arias, Kitchen Manager at RTCC, will once again showcase a special limited-time menu inspired by bold, smoky BBQ favorites.
This pop-up continues USC Hospitality’s commitment to spotlighting the creativity and culinary talent of our team members while bringing exciting new dining experiences to campus. Be sure to stop by HSC Plaza Marketplace during the three-day event and enjoy the special menu while it lasts.
